David holds a Doctor Degree from the Max Planck Institute (Munich) and the Alcalá de Henares University, as well as a Master Degree in Private Law from the ICAM. Currently, he is a Lecturer of Procedural Law at the Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid, as well as a regular speaker at conferences and post-graduate courses, both in Spain and abroad, and the author of many articles published in specialised magazines.

His professional career is focused on the fields of civil and criminal litigation, as well as in the areas of intellectual and unfair competition, representing companies across all industrial sectors.
