Iuliana is a trademark and design and domain paralegal at TALIENS Germany in Munich and one of Munich’s office managers, focusing on digital transformation and innovation within the firm.

She graduated in Law at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University Iaşi (Romania) and joined TALIENS in Munich in 2019, after gaining experience in large-scale IP projects at one of the leading providers of Intellectual Property services.

Iuliana has qualified as an EUIPO Certified Paralegal for Trademarks and Designs in April 2023, after completing the EUIPO Trade Mark and Design Education Programme for Paralegals from September 2022 to March 2023. She is specialized in the WIPO system too and completed the WIPO Advanced Course on Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Geographical Indications in July 2021, with a scholarship from the WIPO Academy.  

She is fluent in German, English and French, and a native speaker of Romanian.
