Associate at TALIENS France, Chloé combines IP litigation before French and European (EUIPO) jurisdictions with transactional work, in sectors as diverse as retail, luxury, e-business and heavy industries. She is an expert in know-how misappropriation issues and disputes over copyright infringement claims relating to online content.

Prior to joining TALIENS, Chloé was an associate at Olswang Paris, which she joined in 2014 after a 6 months internship at Jones Day Paris.

Member of the Paris Bar since 2014, Chloé holds a master degree in Intellectual Property from the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas and a Master Degree DJCE (“Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise”) from the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole.
