Emilie is a counsel at TALIENS Paris. Her practice combines litigation and transactional work in IP and media law matters.

Emilie has remarkable experience in trademarks, copyright and design litigation before French courts and French and EU offices, for clients in diverse sectors, including fashion and luxury goods, food and beverages, electronics, and cosmetic industries. She also advises companies in the protection and exploitation of their IP assets, including management of IP portfolios, the drafting and negotiation of IP agreements and on IP aspects of M&A transactions. 

Emilie assists production companies in all the phases of their projects, including chain of titles reviews, development and production agreements, and litigation matters.

Prior to joining TALIENS in 2020, Emilie was an associate for 5 years in the IP group of Baker McKenzie in Paris.

Emilie is a member of the Paris Bar since 2014 and a member of the New York Bar since 2012. Emilie graduated with a master degree in Industrial Property from the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas and a L.L.M degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
