UPC LITIGATION

TALIENS’ transnational team of patent litigators already gained significant experience at the Unified Patent Court (UPC) that came into force on June 1, 2023. They are looking forward to continuing representing clients before this new jurisdiction which offers parties new opportunities to assert and defend their rights. The Unified Patent Court (UPC) is a Court common to seventeen Member States of the European Union, competent to rule on the infringement and validity of European Patents and (future) Unitary Patents.
