The Unified Patent Court

The Unified Patent Court (UPC) is a Court common to currently seventeen Member States of the European Union, set up to decide (in particular) on the infringement and validity of European Patents and (future) Unitary Patents. The UPC came into force on June 1, 2023.

Our team is composed of a total of 20 lawyers and is specialized in patent litigation before the courts of the two EU Member States dealing with a high number of patent litigations for many years. This transnational team, accustomed to working together in a multicultural context, is ready to advise and accompany you before this new jurisdiction which offers parties new opportunities to assert and defend their rights.
