Evelyn is an associate at TALIENS Germany in Munich.

Her legal advice focuses on patent litigation, mainly patent infringement proceedings in the fields of electronics, telecommunications, mechanics, medical devices, chemistry and pharmaceuticals. She represents national and international clients before German courts and the Unified Patent Court.

Evelyn studied law at Humboldt University in Berlin with a focus on intellectual property. During her legal clerkship supervised by the Higher Regional Court of Schleswig-Holstein, Evelyn (inter alia) worked with the Federal Cartel Office in Bonn.

Prior to joining TALIENS, Evelyn could already gain relevant experience in patent law at Hoffmann Eitle.

She joined TALIENS in January 2023 and was admitted to the bar in February 2023.
