Christian is a German lawyer and physicist. He joined TALIENS Germany in 2018.
His main focus lies on the representation of national and international clients in complex patent litigation at all relevant German courts (also including arbitration). As a physicist Christian can draw on his technical expertise for an in-depth understanding of innovative technologies in many fields. During his professional career he gained experience in advising clients e.g. in the sectors of telecommunications, energy, automotive, electronics, renewables, medical products and pharmaceuticals.
Christian studied law and physics at the University of Göttingen and was admitted to the German bar in 2008. After his admission to the bar while studying physics he also worked as a graduate assistant and lecturer at the Chair for Civil Law, Commercial Law and German and foreign Civil Litigation of Professor Dr Joachim Münch. Prior to joining TALIENS, Christian worked in the patent litigation team of an international law firm in Munich for over three years. He also gained experience at an US law firm in Washington D.C. during a secondment organized by TALIENS.
