Christian is qualified as a German lawyer and as a physicist and partner in the TALIENS patent team.
His main focus lies on the representation of national and international clients in complex patent litigation before all relevant German courts and offices (also including arbitration) as well as before the European Patent Office and the Unified Patent Court.
As a physicist Christian can draw on his technical expertise for an in-depth understanding of innovative technologies in many fields. During his professional career he gained experience in advising clients e.g. in the sectors of electronics, telecommunications, semiconductors, mechanical engineering, automotive, renewables, medical products and pharmaceuticals.
Christian studied law and physics at the University of Göttingen and was admitted to the German bar in 2008. Prior to joining TALIENS, Christian worked in the patent litigation team of an international law firm in Munich for over three years. He also gained experience at an US law firm in Washington D.C. during a secondment organized by TALIENS.
