Co-founder of TALIENS France, Jean-Frédéric advises clients in intellectual property, unfair competition and media litigation. He notably represents clients in the fields of telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and mechanics in patent and secret know how litigation before French courts. He also represents foreign media organizations in defamation and privacy disputes.

Member of the Paris Bar since 1995, Jean-Frédéric holds a master degree (DESS) in Business Law.

Jean-Frédéric is a member of the Boards of APEB (Association des Praticiens Européens des Brevets) and UJUB (Union pour la Juridiction Unifiée des Brevets). He writes the patent section of the quarterly Journal du Droit de la Santé et de l’Assurance Maladie (Life Sciences and Social Security Law Gazette) and teaches intellectual property in a MBA.

Prior to co-founding TALIENS, Jean-Frédéric was a partner at Clifford Chance Paris, then Olswang Paris.
