Pedro is a graduate in Law from the CEU San Pablo University in Madrid. He has a broad professional experience, and is specialised in Intellectual Property law and unfair competition, mainly in the civil sphere. In the last years, he has conducted important litigations on patents and trademarks, representing important companies belonging to different industrial and commercial sectors.

In February 2017, he was appointed President of the Spanish Group of the AIPPI.

He is the author of many publications in the field of Intellectual Property, and also a regular speaker at conferences, both at domestic and international level.
