European boutique TALIENS grows in June with strategic additions in the firm’s Munich office: Tobias Malte Müller (43) joins as partner and Federica Togo (42) as counsel. They will further strengthen the firm’s soft IP practice (trademarks, designs, domain names).

Tobias and Federica are both admitted to practice in Germany and Italy and have extensive experience in the soft IP sector with a particular focus on cross border litigation, famous trademarks and proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union.

“These additions underscore TALIENS’ strategy of providing clients with its services in all fields of IP, Tech and Media” said Thomas Lynker, one of the founding partners of TALIENS Germany. “This new team completes our offering in the IP sector.”

“TALIENS France is also excited to welcome Tobias and Federica”, said Clara Steinitz, partner in the Paris office. “Their experience, synergy with our existing client offerings and their international network is an added value for TALIENS clients.”

“We were attracted to TALIENS because of the excellent reputation this firm managed to acquire in just one year since its start in May 2017 and of the opportunity to propose to our clients the full range of services across all sectors of IP and Media” Tobias and Federica said in a joint statement.
