André is an associate at TALIENS Germany in Munich.

He advises national and international clients on trademark, unfair competition, design, domain name and copyright law. He also advises clients in the area of sports law.

André studied law at the University of Bayreuth, with a focus on intellectual property. During his legal clerkship, he worked at a boutique law firm based in Hamburg, where he advised on German and European intellectual property law in the sports sector.

He joined TALIENS in Munich in 2022 and was admitted to the bar in 2023.

He speaks German and English.
